The “Ranked 2026” badge.

The rules

• Free. There is no fee to display it, now or later.
• Earned only: a company gets it by being ranked in a published edition, from its matched Google rating adjusted for review volume. Nothing else qualifies a company.
• Never sold, and it cannot be bought. No payment, sponsorship, advertising or relationship affects who is ranked or where.
• It links to the company’s own record, which shows the rank, the edition and every dated source. If a later edition does not rank the company, the record says so.
• The ranking is ours, not the company’s. A company displaying the badge is showing an independent publication’s result.

How to embed it

Every ranked company’s record has an “Embed this badge” box with a short code: a small inline SVG showing its rank and edition, wrapped in a link to its own record. Copy the code onto any web page. Nothing else is needed, and nothing is tracked.

Who has earned it

61 companies are ranked across 3 editions as of October 13, 2026. Each name links to the record with its embed code.

Researched metros without a ranked edition yet (Wichita, Omaha, St. Louis, Des Moines, Springfield, Northwest Arkansas, Lincoln, Columbia, Topeka, Little Rock) have no badge holders. The rank is a review-volume-adjusted Google rating, not an inspection of work; see the methodology.
